Who is responsible
This website belongs to Zeruz Web Solutions LLC, a Tennessee company, which is responsible for the data it collects.
What we collect
The contact forms ask for your name, your phone and your email, the kind of business you have and the answers you pick in the form. If you type your website’s address or a message, we receive that too.
With each request we also receive the page you sent it from, the language you were reading in and, if you used one of the tools on the page, what you marked in it.
If you subscribe to the newsletter, we receive your email address.
Your requests are kept in our customer management system (CRM), where only the Zeruz team sees them.
While you browse, the measurement tools record which pages you visit, for how long, from what kind of device and which buttons or links you tap. We explain it below, under "Cookies, measurement and advertising".
What we use it for
We use your details to reply to your request and to prepare the consultation you asked for. We use your email for the newsletter only if you subscribed to it.
We do not sell your details and we do not hand them to anyone for their own advertising.
Cookies, measurement and advertising
This site has no user accounts and no passwords.
We use Google Tag Manager to load two measurement tools. Google Analytics counts visits and what is done on the site: calls, text messages, WhatsApp and forms sent. Microsoft Clarity anonymously records how people move through the site (clicks and scrolling) so we can see what is clear and what is not; it hides what you type in forms. Both use cookies.
When you send a form and have accepted cookies, we pass your email and phone to Google. Google turns them into an encrypted code before using them, to measure our ads and to recognize visits from the same person. It does not see or keep your email or phone as you typed them.
We do not sell your details. There are no social media buttons on this site that follow you around.
Your cookie choices
The first time you visit, a notice lets you accept or reject cookies. You can change your choice at any time with "Your privacy choices" at the bottom of every page.
If you reject them, Google Analytics and Clarity stop saving cookies in your browser and we do not pass your email or phone to Google.
If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as turning advertising off.
Other services this site touches
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes the technical data any website needs in order to load, such as your IP address.
The website test on our web design page sends the address you type to Google PageSpeed to measure it.
The buttons for WhatsApp, phone, email and social media open those services, and each one has its own privacy policy.
While Zeruz is streaming live, the site shows the Twitch or Kick player in a small window and on the homepage, and that player may set its own cookies. If you rejected cookies, you only see a link to the stream instead.
Your choices
You can ask us what we have about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Write to the email below and we will do it.
You can cancel the newsletter by writing to that same address.
Changes to this policy
When the site changes what it collects, we change this page first.
